Kletterparadies - where children's dreams
meet job prospects

Hello, we are Kletterparadies. As part of the internationally active eibe Group, we plan, develop and realize amazing and child-friendly play worlds for indoors and outdoors.

With heart, hand and planning finesse, our 45 or so employees here in Dresden turn children’s fantasies made of wood into reality. Our core competence lies in large, unique play worlds – customers from the entire leisure industry, for example from hotels, amusement parks or shopping centers, rely on our products, which we lovingly manufacture and process in a classic project structure with agile components.

In over 20 years, we have grown together as a team and are always happy to come up with new ideas so that we can continue to celebrate our joint successes. Here, creative ideas can bear fruit and make children’s eyes light up.

This is what your world revolves around:

Develop and construct wooden and metal play equipment as components of fantastic play worlds. Observe design specifications, technical requirements and safety standards.

Create production documents in ERP (proAlpha) and keep them up to date.

Derive standard-compliant production documents and assembly sequences from the 3D model and create parts lists.

Optimize our existing play equipment and implement changes and upgrades.

Support production by designing special designs and tools/devices, which are tested and validated by us as part of pre-development.

Discuss technical details and component statics together with internal and external specialists and derive a tailor-made solution so that our play equipment can always be used safely.

Contribute to technical product development by adding construction validated elements to our portfolio that contribute to a fantastic gaming experience.

Constantly develop our play equipment and development processes to ensure that our play areas remain unique solutions and that our projects are handled hand in hand.

So you can draw on the full potential:

A degree in wood technology or mechanical engineering, alternatively completed training in construction or technical product design with additional qualification in wood technology or comparable.

Strong technical understanding of the development of load-bearing components made of wood and/or metal and the ability to structure large construction projects.

Sound knowledge and confident use of CAD software as well as a quick grasp of new functions (ideally SolidWorks and Rhino).

Curiosity and initiative to develop new solutions independently, taking technological conditions into account.

Ideally experience in timber construction, interior design, civil engineering, landscape planning.

Sound knowledge of modern IT and experience with MS365 and ERP systems (preferably proAlpha).

A structured and independent way of working, which is rounded off by a high degree of accuracy, reliability and personal responsibility.

Our framework for your new working world:

The opportunity to participate in the production of unique play concepts made from natural materials.

A secure job with a family-run manufacturer; embedded in an internationally sought-after group of companies.

Possibility of job bike leasing and an Edenred Ticket Plus for the cultural metropolis of Dresden.

A friendly team that is highly motivated and passionate about creating new worlds out of wood and is already looking forward to meeting you.

A working time model with flexitime arrangements based on 38 working hours per week.

Other benefits that you will soon be able to see for yourself.
