Ever since Kletterparadies GmbH was founded in the summer of 2002, we have been passionate about planning, conceptualizing and designing special play equipment for indoor and outdoor spaces that is suitable for children. Our material of choice is wood, especially robinia. Although this is not easy to work with, it is characterized by very good material properties, a natural and far-reaching resistance and, above all, by its unique crooked growth. This aspect in particular ensures that our creations are unique and playful products.
What began as a small company grew steadily and substantially. The machinery became larger, new colleagues joined the team and finally, in 2009, the current production hall was built on the company premises. Incidentally, some employees have been part of the Kletterparadies journey since the very beginning – simply fantastic!
The company eibe, a family-run traditional company from Röttingen near Würzburg in Lower Franconia and today the largest playground manufacturer in Germany, recognized the creative potential and mature technical timber construction expertise of Kletterparadies GmbH and has been investing in the further expansion of Kletterparadies – the manufactory for fantastic ideas in Dresden since 2011. This fruitful partnership is just the start of the journey!
Our passion is well-founded from A to Z. Knowledge, experience and the fact that almost all of our employees are parents themselves and contribute their expertise with a great deal of love is the foundation of everything we do.
"Children and tomorrow" makes sustainable action indispensable. Our products are produced in a resource-conserving manner with optimum use of materials. We take responsibility through certification in the FSC® life cycle assessment and co. and we offer extensive guarantees on our play worlds for long-lasting (play) fun!
We build fantastic worlds - always on behalf of our children, of course. We take the necessary risks to create a challenging and stimulating play environment while ensuring the necessary safety to prevent permanent injuries.
Tilo Eichinger, owner of today’s eibe Group, wanted to expand the Group’s range to include the planning of creative, unique and often very large play concepts. Based on this ambition and in combination with our history, we are now active as a special project provider and help our customers to turn their individual ideas and wishes into reality. In doing so, we are always all-encompassing in our thinking and take all needs into account – from you as a customer and, of course, the users of our products, the children!
Our credo is to incorporate our diverse and pedagogically sound experience of children’s needs into product development. Safety in accordance with current standards for commercial and public areas, the best possible quality and production in Germany are not just necessary criteria, but our declared ambition and part of our DNA. In recent years, a large number of fantastic ideas have already been realized. See for yourself and immerse yourself in fantastic ideas!
Today, we are a team of around 45 convincing consultants, creative designers, wood technology specialists in development and processing as well as a selected team of completely enthusiastic idea implementers who turn completely unique concepts into reality for and with you.
