Sometimes it just fits: from the very beginning, our collaboration with the Familotel Kaiserhof in Berwang was characterized by trust, openness and a genuine desire to create. Our common goal: to further develop a functional hotel area in such a way that it is playfully convincing – in everyday life, for families, for children.

Small area, big effect

Instead of a large show stage, the aim was to create an extension with impact: a small, clearly structured area that invites children to play, integrates visually and at the same time has an independent effect. It wasn’t just the idea that was decisive, but above all the way to get there – and that was based on mutual respect and strong cooperation.

Shaping together instead of just delivering

Whether hotel management or building services – the entire Kaiserhof team was actively involved. Decisions were made jointly and challenges were solved pragmatically. The result was a solution in a limited space that surprises children and relieves parents – with appropriate play stimuli, clear design and lovingly used sensory elements. Turn here for reference.
